Vanguard emblem not necessary. Play any upgraded 6th Vanguard until you find Garen. Mods: Vanguard Garen > Golden Ox Xayah > Anima Squad Aphelios > Vanguard Backline. If no good Garen mod, consider playing another 5 cost instead.

Positioning example
Stage 2

Play a strong tempo opener around Rageblade and Vanguard opener while econning up.

Stage 3

Level for 4 Vanguard + any backline duo carry that can play Rageblade. 2 Slayers (Vayne), 2 Marksman (Jhin/Jinx), or 2 Rapidfire (TF).

Stage 4

Fast 8 and look for Aphelios, Xayah, and 6 Vanguard. Jinx 2 can hold items temporarily if you are struggling to upgrade your 4 costs.
